At Pulseo, we believe that engineering leadership requires visibility, but not at the cost of privacy. We built our platform on a foundation of trust.
No PII Storage
We don't want your raw data. We don't need it. Pulseo is designed to ingest metadata, compute insights on the fly (or via ephemeral workers), and store only the resulting digests and metrics.
Text content from Slack messages, PR comments, and tickets is processed to extract sentiment, key topics, and action items, and then immediately discarded. We store the "what happened" and "how it felt", not the "what exactly was said".
